The Community Hospice, Seton Health, and Northeast Health foundations invite you to attend the 21st Annual Rensselaer County Charity Golf Classic to raise funds for hospice care for patients and families in Rensselaer County. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Community Hospice, which offers comprehensive and compassionate hospice care and services to all in need.
